Deposit policy

  • Elder operates a closed-loop, returnable glass system
  • During the on boarding process Elder will advise on the initial deposit commitment you will need to make in order to service your water needs.
  • Each crate is invoiced at £15 (no VAT) - £1.25 per bottle | £6.00 per crate
  • The bottle/crate deposits will be invoiced separately to the Mineral water supply.
  • You will be sent an Account Summary after each delivery to enable tracking of your deposit account.
  • We advise that you stock check your bottles against your Account Summary and please discuss an discrepancies with your Elder Account Manager.
  • A month end statement will advise if any additional deposits are needed to service your account or if a credit may be due.
  • Please add Elder bottles to your monthly stocktake and provide Elder with stock count when convenient.  This enables us to keep better track of our bottle.
  • Please advise Elder of any loss/breakages of bottles and we can adjust your account accordingly.
  • If at any point you decide to stop working with Elder, we will return all deposits of bottles/crates that are returned.
