Where do you deliver?
We deliver all across London 6 days a week, and Elder is also available in Bath, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Manchester, and Oxford. For other regions or wholesale enquiries, please contact us directly.
What is the price?
Trade customers: £10.79 + VAT per case (12 x 1L bottles)
Non-trade customers: £12.50 + VAT per case (12 x 1L bottles)
How does the bottle return system work?
When we deliver your next Elder order, we collect your empty bottles and crates. It goes through our sterlisation and checking process before we refill, and reuse every bottle as part of our closed-loop system — reducing waste and saving costs for you.
Is there a minimum order?
1 cases minimum, 12 x 1L! Albeit for trade prices customers, minimum orders typically start at 4 cases (48 x 1L bottles).
Is there a refundable deposit for bottles and crates?
Yes. Elder operates a refundable deposit system to encourage bottle and crate returns:
- £1.25 per bottle
- £6 per crate
- £15 total per full case (12 bottles + crate)
Deposits are fully refunded when empties and crates are collected on your next delivery.
What types of water do you offer?
We offer both Still and Sparkling natural British spring water, bottled at source from certified organic land in Somerset.
